Credit Check Fee & Security Deposits

In order to apply to any of our rental properties, the payments of a Credit Check Fee & the Security Deposit must be processed allong with the Application and Pay Stubs. The property will then be taken off the market. The following options are available to complete your payment.

Online Payment with Authorize.net

Authorize.net Payment is a safe, reliable, and confidential way to have your application or security deposit payment processed and electronically debited from your checking/savings account.

Submit to Your Leasing Agent

You may submit your application and monies to the Leasing Agent that is working along with you through the rental process.

Visit Our Office

You may visit our office and bring the Credit Check Fee and the Security Deposits.
